NEW FRESH TIMETABLE – launches for reopening Monday 27th July 2020

Our NEW Fresh Timetable is now available – ready for our doors opening on Monday 27th July 2020. 

Classes will be held at Fresh Gym, the Fresh Sports Centre (Thamesmead) and Fresh Air Outdoor Training at Laleham Park. Many of our classes (along with a vast back catalogue) will be available On Demand at

In keeping with government guidelines and social distancing, class numbers will be operating at a reduced capacity to support you being able to continue training safe.

It’s essential that you Book all Classes and Gym sessions online. We have two online booking systems:

The FitSense App – for all Fresh Gym sessions and classes, plus the Fresh Sports Centre.

Online at – for all Fresh Air classes from Laleham Park.

FitSense AppIt gives us great pleasure to announce that we are opening our doors on Monday 27th July.

We can’t wait to welcome you back! We understand you may have questions, so we’re here to help – from help with bookings to the initiatives we’ve put in place to keep you safe whilst visiting the Club and what to expect on your arrival. We’ll be updating our social media constantly – so please do take a look.

NEW – Advanced Booking Policy

Our new booking policy requires you to book your gym or class visit IN ADVANCE (as usual, Members can book the day before you want to visit). This is so we can manage the number of people in the Club at any one time, ensuring compliance
with social distancing guidelines and keeping you, your fellow members and staff safe.

You can pre-book your visits easily in the FitSense Member App. If you don’t have FitSense, you can download it FREE from the App Store or Google Play.

Once you’ve downloaded FitSense, you will need to activate your FitSense account. You do this by following the steps below:

1. Select Member Sign In

2. Select ‘Activate My Account’

3. Complete your details. Please ensure you use the email address that we
have on record. If you have any difficulties, please call us as we may have
a different email noted or no email at all.

4. Your password will be automatically generated and emailed to you.

5. You can then login to FitSense and set up your profile. You will also
be able to change your password to something more memorable,
after you have logged in for the first time.

Please be aware the App is currently showing the pre-lockdown Timetable. This timetable is not in use and the NEW timetable will be uploaded in time for you to book your slots on Sunday.

6. Finally, if you have any error message or are unable to login,
this may mean that we have to reactivate your membership or direct debit.

Plus, there’s even more to smile about … Fresh Air Outdoor Classes return to the park and – get ready to peddle – as Spinning is back and its outdoors!

We’ve been busier than ever increasing our fitness offerings to you and we think you’ll like it.

For those of you who love the great outdoors Fresh Air Outdoor Classes are back, as well as continuing our Small Group sessions and awesome 121 Personal Training, all from Laleham Park.

If you’ve missed those bikes, we’ve now got 7 great weekly Spin classes for you to choose from. We’re all set up for Outdoor Spinning from the Gym car park.

You’ll find information on all of these sessions, protocols for Covid-19 and an online booking system on our website:

It’s easy to Sign Up simply add your email and create a password.

It’s essential that you book online for these sessions and not just turn up. Numbers are limited to ensure that we do not breach Government guidelines and to help keep everyone safe.

You can expect to see some changes to the Fresh Air classes with new protocols in place to keep you and our Trainers safe. You’ll find guidelines on what to expect here.

We continue to bring you Virtually Fresh classes

We’ll continue to stream ‘live’ classes from our Facebook page – it’s where we still get to say ‘Hello!’ to you all and share your comments.

We’ve now got over 200 of our recorded classes On Demand – where you can workout with your favourite trainer or try a new class. Plus, you get to choose where and when you do your workout.

Virtually Fresh on Demand now LIVE!

We are very excited to announce our online integration of Virtually Fresh on Demand.

What does this mean for you?

We continue to bring you Virtually Fresh classes
With the onset of Covid-19 we diverted our energies from Fresh Gym to Virtually Fresh,
bringing you live workouts and classes every day. We understood the numerous physical and
mental health benefits that keeping active and following a routine brings
and how, during this time, we need that more than ever.

To improve your user experience, we’ve invested in some new tech – better cameras
and software, enhancing the workouts we bring you with better sound and quality.
Plus, we’ve got a great new timetable starting on Monday 15th June,
with your familiar, favourite classes back to their 45m or 60-minute timings.

We will continue to stream ‘live’ classes from our Facebook page in the short-term and are
excited to be working hard on setting this up too on this great new platform.

Fresh Air Outdoor Training Update

I hope you’re enjoying the sunshine – we’ve had the sunniest Spring since records began!

We’ve spent much of this Spring in lockdown due to Covid-19 but following a slight easing of restrictions we are excited to announce that we are opening our Fresh 121 and small group Personal Training from our local parks. You will see our Trainers working from Laleham Park, Littleton Recreation Ground and Manor Park.

We are not taking the C-19 risks lightly and will do everything we can to provide an environment that is safe and risk free. Fresh 121 and small group training will be carried out under strict protocol with no equipment for now to avoid contact surfaces and there will be 3m spacing between trainer and client.

Existing clients will be prioritised but, GREAT NEWS!  We do have some spare capacity. So, if you haven’t considered working with a Personal Trainer before, either 121 or in a small group – then this could be a great new and exciting challenge for you.

Your first session is a FREE TRIAL – so you’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Our usual Fresh Air fun outdoor classes will have to wait a bit longer until we have a minimum of 10 people per class in order for us to be able to cater for all our community. It’s getting close, restrictions are easing and we are ensuring our Fresh Air timetable is ready to go as soon as Government legislation allows – which I don’t think will be far away now.

Keep up the great work training from home and keep joining us on Facebook for our live classes, so when we do get the green light you’ll be ready and raring to go!

  • If at any point you begin to feel unwell – stop!
