Fresh Kids Parties – Useful Information & Terms
A simple step-by-step guide for a smooth, stress-free party.
Important Information
Please read the following Useful Information and ensure your guests are aware of any of these terms that may affect them.

Your Party Overview
Standard parties include 1 hour of activity + 30 minutes for food.
• 30 mins bouncy castle/obstacles
• 30 mins organised games (or optional disco/UV Dodgeball for Partytime Plus)
• 30 mins food + rope swing (last 10 mins)
Roller Disco Parties include an extra 30 mins for kit-up and safety briefing.
3pm parties may be extended by 30 mins (additional fee, subject to availability).

Arrival, Set-Up & Leaving
• Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your start time.
• Staff will help unload food and items.
• Guests should arrive no more than a few minutes before the start time.
• We help you clear out gifts/food at the end—we handle all cleaning.
• Rooms must be fully vacated within 15 minutes after party end.
• After 15 mins: £25 late room hire fee applies with £5 per 5 minutes thereafter.

• Lenny the Lion Mascot appearance.
Partytime Plus upgrades:
• 30-minute disco (with glow sticks)
• 30-minute UV Dodgeball (with glow sticks)
• Glow accessory packs for Disco/UV Glow Parties.
• Extras can be added when booking online.

Your Party Team
• You'll be welcomed by our Duty Manager.
• Your Party Leader will run all entertainment, games, and cake announcement.
• Staff provide first aid and support — parents remain responsible for supervision of children at all times.

Decorations, Tables & Chairs
• Venue is decorated with balloons and bunting.
• You may bring table/floor-standing decorations only.
• Nothing may be fixed to the walls.
• No party poppers, confetti cannons, sparklers, or naked flames.
• Tables, chairs, and wipeable covers provided.
• Two long tables provided for food/cake/gifts.

Guest Numbers
• Parties include 15 children (including birthday child and siblings).
• Extra children: £5 each.
• Amend numbers online up to 7 days before the party.
• Final numbers charged based on attendance; unexpected guests will be accommodated where possible.

Invitations & Sign-In
• Free downloadable invitations available.
• All children must be signed in at reception with parent/guardian contact details.

Food & Refreshments
• All parties are self-catered.
• Bring cups, plates, napkins, candles, matches (no sparklers).
• No kitchen facilities and no food-warming available.
• Water jugs provided (bring squash if desired).
• Optional Adult Refreshment Package available (hallway only).
• No alcohol allowed on site.

• Helium balloon for cake table
• Matches (not sparklers)

Health & Safety / Safeguarding
• Parties are risk-assessed and insured.
• Suitable clothing advised; jewellery and glasses worn at own risk.
• Activities may be withdrawn if unsafe behaviour occurs.
• Children with allergies must have emergency medication present.
• Staff supervise equipment and games; parents must supervise general behaviour and toilet trips.

Other Important Information
• No smoking or vaping anywhere onsite.
• No alcohol permitted.
• Guide dogs only.
• Fresh is not responsible for lost property.
• Car parking available (park at own risk).
• Only Fresh staff may use plug sockets.
• Privacy Notice available on our website.

Payments & Changes
• £50 deposit required to confirm booking.
• Balance can be paid online or on the day.
• Party details can be changed up to 7 days before, subject to availability.
• Child numbers can be changed up to 3 working days before via email.

Cancellation Summary
(Full policy in your confirmation email.)
• Deposit non-refundable within 28 days of party.
• Parties can be rescheduled once within 6 months (subject to availability).
• Charges apply if cancelling within 28 days; see full policy.
