Virtually Fresh – T45 with Ildi

Join in this strength and tone class with Fresh Class Instructor, Ildi.

A 30-minute metabolic training class where you build lean muscle while burning fat. Using dumbbells or any weight you have – Ildi uses 4, 5 and 8kgs.

Performing supersets starting with compound movements and finishing with some core work. SuperSet 30 sec + 30 sec with only 30 seconds rest.

It’s a great way to incorporate weight training into your workouts to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Virtually Fresh – 30 minute Zumba with Cheryl

Bringing the Zumba party in to your house!

An awesome 30-minute workout with Fresh Class Instructor, Cheryl – just as great a workout as it is in the dance studio but you can do it based on your own schedule.

A quick 30-minute routine with some hot Latino dance steps, that gets your heart rate up and works on various parts of your body all at the same time. If you’ve never done Zumba before, some of the steps can be tricky at first – but don’t give up! A couple of times through the routine and you’ll be bouncing through it, no problem.

Anyone can join the party – enjoy!

Welcome to Virtually Fresh – 30 Minute Yoga with Fiona

Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. Let Fiona, our Fresh Gym Class Instructor, take you through the movements.

This is a Hip opening class with Vinyasa. Designed to keep the hips open, flexible and strong. Treat this class as a moving meditation. Stay present, move with your breath and notice after 30 minutes the improvement of mind and body.

We’re bringing the Fresh studio to you!

Work that core! Improves posture and general well being. Let Sarah, our Fresh Gym Personal Trainer, take you through the moves to increase strength, flexibility and control of the body. This session will also help to relieve back and neck pain. This class is for everyone, whether a beginner to Pilates or more advanced.

After a few days gathering our thoughts, Fresh Gym Founder Gary, is introducing Virtually Fresh! Bringing our classes, training tips, Fresh Kids activities and more on to our social media (follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram @trainfresh) and website.

We’re hosting LIVE workouts every day on Facebook (starting Saturday 28th March). Plus we’ll be adding exciting NEW classes – Pilates, Yoga, Zumba and more on this Club News page – these will be ready for you to use whenever you need them.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Updates to Fresh Air Outdoor Training and NEW Virtually Fresh!

As we continue to remain safe and following the Government announcement this evening, our Fresh Air Outdoor Training sessions are now postponed.

With health & fitness being a fundamental support of our way of life – we are here to help keep your immune system healthy, your mind clear and your sanity intact.

We know it’s a trying time for everyone and we honestly can’t thank you enough for supporting us through this temporary measure.

But tough times breed creativity and innovation and here at Fresh we are working extremely hard to bring you amazing ways to get your workout. We’re prerecording some awesome classes and hope to be launching this Virtually Fresh over the next few days – bringing you Circuits, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and much more. Keep a look out on our web page and social media for more information this week to ensure you don’t miss out on the Fresh magic!
