Fresh expanded its community-focused gym in Govett Avenue, in September 2016, to the halls and studios of the Sports Centre at Thamesmead School - creating the best gym offering in town.

Fresh Sports Centre is a Members and Pay-As-You-Go facility offering more choice and increasing our ever-expanding group exercise timetable – packed full of exciting new classes and all your favourites too.

The Fresh Sports Centre offers a great programme for Fresh Kids. There’s:

• THAMESMEAD PLUS - after-school activities programme for Thamesmead students (ages 11-16)
• FRESH ACADEMY - U16s fitness timetable for ALL local students
• FRESH KIDS - Activities timetable including our awesome Roller Skating sessions, for ALL local children (ages 6-12 years)
• FRESH KIDS HOLIDAY CLUB - activity days packed full of Sports & Crafts (ages 5-12 years)
• FRESH KIDS PARTIES - for ages 3-12 at your local party venue
