New Timetable launches 3rd February

January is generally the time for fresh starts and top among our good intentions for the New Year is doing more exercise. Starting is one thing but continuing throughout the year is quite another.

At Fresh, we believe that by making fitness fun – you’re more likely to stick to it!

So as January turns into February we’re delighted to announce our new Spring Studio timetable, packed full of fab, fun classes to make you feel energised and refreshed. Go back in time with Old School Aerobics or join Fresh Personal Trainer Jonny Irons for Booty Blast – your one-stop shop for a tight and toned lower body. Try the new Swiss Ball workshop with April – there’s over 40 other classes to choose from too!

We’ve got lots of events happening over the next couple of months, including our Fresh 3rd Birthday party on Saturday 1st February – it’s your party too, so come and help us celebrate. Bring your friends as non-members are more than welcome to what promises to be a great night. They’ll be cocktails available and entertainment from Lewis Clay (as seen on ‘The Voice’).
