And because you’re not all the same, we offer different membership types too.

Everyone starts their Membership journey with the Membership Experience - three 30 minute Personal Training sessions designed just for you. It’s the very best way to get your training programme started, with expert advice and guidance from the very beginning.

You will also receive FREE follow up sessions with a member of the fitness team every 6 weeks.

"I would like to commend the staff and owners of the Fresh gym for coming up with a way to actually make fitness fun. I have frequented other gyms in the past but this has been my best gym experience so far. I especially loved the fitness classes and the fact that it helps gym members learn better ways to perfect their techniques. Although I loved all the classes, I particularly enjoyed the "Boxing" and "Freestyle Friday" classes because of the element of not knowing what to expect with each class and also because they constantly challenged me physically.
