Gym & Classes in Shepperton

"Well I've tried a lot of gyms over a lot of years, and most of them are all the same, big impersonal places with high fees and where you can spend many hours queuing for the machines you want to use and have to pay extra for the classes. Fresh is completely different, every single member of staff knows my name and greets me when I arrive, all of them are interested in what I'm doing and how I'm doing. The classes are great and are all included in the price. Fresh gym is one of Sheppertons’ gems and a main reason to live in the area!" AC
