Important Club Information: Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

During these enormously testing times, Fresh would like to reassure our customers, instructors, colleagues and community that we are taking Coronavirus very seriously.

You will, most likely, have seen the updated government guidance and our priority right now is to make sure we do the right thing with regards to keeping you safe and informed as to our decisions. We remain open for business as usual and are monitoring information and advice from Public Health England (PHE) and we are also working very closely with the industry governing body, ukactive.

As such, we are taking the following actions to ensure Fresh remains a clean environment for customers and colleagues.

In line with PHE guidance, we are ensuring continued cleanliness of our Club by:

• asking all customers to utilise the anti-bacterial cleaning sprays and paper towels provided in gym areas
• requesting that all customers wash their hands straight away when they enter the Club and frequently during their visit
• increasing the frequency of which we clean high contact areas
• continuing to remind customers of the importance of good hygiene.

What else can you do?

• help us by thoroughly wiping down your weights and equipment before and after use
• wash hands frequently including between classes or use the hand sanitiser provided
• avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth areas
• do not share drinks bottles or drinks
• stay home if you feel unwell.

As the situation changes, we will continue to update you in an open and honest way.

We remain committed to our Community and, as such, the Fresh Team would like to offer our support to our Members.
