Thank you for your continued support over what has been an incredibly challenging year.

It’s thanks to members like you that we’re able to continue operating at Fresh and adapting our training areas to keep everyone safe.

We hope a government review at the end of the month will mean restrictions will ease at the end of December and you’ll be back training with us again in January, as usual.

I know this is a big ask, but we need big help as we enter our third lockdown. None of us saw this coming and without your help so far we would not have been able to get through this year. I can only ask all those who can, to continue supporting us with membership payments. Your support is outstanding – thank you!

For those who can’t, we fully understand – just email us to let us know if:

• you would like to freeze until we’re-open
• or you can continue to pay and would like credit back when we’re-open.

If we don’t hear from you we will assume you’d like to donate your membership payment.

Due to the holiday period, the deadline for freezing and changing membership payments has already passed. This means there will be an automatic membership payment collection on or around 1st January. We are unable to stop this payment but please do not cancel your direct debit. Just let us know what you’d like us to do.

This was not the Christmas we all had in mind, but we hope to keep you all fit and healthy through our online live daily classes now running exclusively for all Members on VirtuallyFresh.

The one thing we can do is offer 1-to-1 Personal Training from our unique outdoor training space, here at Fresh Gym. Our PTs are here and looking forward to helping you. To arrange a 1-to-1 PT session please contact us.
