Spring in your step!

It’s officially Spring and with the clocks changing next weekend, we’ll be even more inspired to get active and work towards a great summer body. Try our inspirational ‘3-minute Body Torch’ workout that everyone has time for and learn how to train your glutes to the max.

Do you want to lose body fat? If so, Fresh Master Personal Trainer, Matt Philpott, will let you know how to, at his seminar on Sunday 26th April. Matt will share his knowledge and skills with you and show you how to tackle weight-loss and learn how to track it.

Fancy a game of golf? Then get your friends together and play The Fresh Open on Saturday 25th April.
