Refresh Beauty now at Fresh

HAPPY AUGUST EVERYONE

It’s been a busy holiday period for some, with so many  tans being shown off around the gym! If you haven’t been off on your travels then get away for 45 minutes in the sunshine with our Fresh Air Outdoor training.  The weather has been glorious and the workouts challenging but great fun.

Did you know we now offer Refresh Beauty? You’ll find a list of treatments and a price list at Reception, so book yourself a ‘post workout’ treat or some express beauty maintenance.
