LATEST NEWS: Coronavirus (Covid-19) update 20th March 2020

Good evening

Firstly, I hope this finds you and your families safe and well in these ever-changing and challenging times.

We have just been listening to the Prime Minister and to the critical measures that we are all being asked to take. As a consequence, Fresh Gym and the Fresh Sports Centre will close, from today, for the time being.

We’d really appreciate it if you would allow us some time to process the details of the announcement and how we plan to proceed. We understand you will, most likely, have many questions for us and we ask that you give us a few days to develop our plan of action!

Please email us, info@trainfresh.co.uk, rather than phone, so that we can respond to each of you in turn.

Our Fresh Air Outdoor Training, in line with social distancing, will continue as usual. Outdoor spaces are safe spaces to train! You can view our Fresh Air timetable on the website www.trainfresh.co.uk and we look forward to seeing those of you who can join us tomorrow.

Your show of support since the announcement, even though it’s just been a couple of hours has truly touched us and we thank you, as a Team, for your amazing support; your innovative ideas and your desire to keep training Fresh.
