What you can offer to clients
Physiotherapy: Sarah treats a wide range of conditions from acute sports injuries to chronic musculoskeletal injuries, from neck pain to foot pain and everything inbetween! Physiotherapy treatments include soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilisations, myofascial release, taping, postural training, advice and exercise
Deep Tissue Massage Therapy: for those aching muscles; great for regular and sporadic exercisers alike!
1-2-1 Pilates: do you want to understand you body better? Look longer and leaner? Feel stronger? avoid injuries? treat back / neck pain? A course of 1-2-1 pilates may be perfect for you!

All treatments are explained in full and summarised in an email to clients after each consultation

Finally a little bit about you
Sarah tries to practice what she preaches and is a keen fitness enthusiast and advocate of Pilates, and when she is not working will probably be found running in Richmond park or reading the latest research article in a Physio Journal!
